Chaz’s primary specialisation is in the assessments of defect rectification claims, preparation of extension of time claims and assisting experts with expert witness assignments.



As a qualified lawyer, Tricia’s experience encompasses drafting claims, writing opinions, preparing claim documentation, including assessing contractual obligations, ensuring notice compliance, assisting with delay analysis and preparing expert reports on quantum.



Ho Choon currently assists the Directors in various projects involving expert witness services and assignments relating to quantum.



Eric has strong experience in quantity surveying and claims / project management assignments and he currently assist the Directors with various matters.
