Delay Analyst (Kuala Lumpur)


  • Preparing / Reviewing delay analysis associated with extension of time claims
  • Planning and scheduling work involving project baseline schedules and independent reviews of project progress status and completion date projections


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying / Architecture / Building Technology / Construction Management or equivalent relevant to the construction industry
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Project Planner & Scheduler with contractor organisation on medium to large scale projects
  • Advanced skill in schedule analysis using critical path methodology is essential (using Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and willingness to put in extra effort (whenever necessary)
  • Independent and result-oriented


Other Requirements & Consideration:

  • A team player, able to communicate & coordinate effectively
  • Possess high level of integrity, strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in oil & gas or power sector is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in preparation of delay analysis would be a distinct advantage
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English language
  • Working in Malaysia and on short-term overseas assignments
  • Malaysian citizens or Permanent Resident status for foreign applicants
